Hello. I'm a newcomer on this website and I'm currently participating on the annual championship for the first time. However, whilst using the program that allows you to send your results, regardless of how fast I manage to type, an error that reads to "Impossible to connect with the server" pops up when I try to upload my record.

I tried using the online application, but every time I close or refresh the page my high score vanishes instantly (which doesn't happen on the offline program); that makes me think that my score isn't actually being saved. Furthermore, *also* shows an error quickly when you finish typing the sentence; this one reads to "Erreur serveur (MySQL/PHP)". However, I supposedly can upload my result if I click on the "sync with web" button, but I'm not confident that it actually got uploaded.

By the way, it's worth mentioning that this error doesn't happen when I'm uploading one of my permanent contests scores. It works fine on both programs.

Thank you for the detailed report, and welcome to the championship!

The issue was on our side and only affected the Master event, which is why your permanent contest uploads worked fine. It was caused by a special character in your first name that wasn't being handled correctly.

This has now been fixed. Could you try uploading your score again? It should go through normally from either the desktop program or the web application.
